RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All Nordfield.com products have a minimum one-year warranty. Products that are damaged or modified are not covered. You may return items sold by Nordfield.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, only if the product is undamaged and in original packaging. Any product can be exchanged with a new product if the product has a manufacturing defect. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts. Products with manufacturers defects receive a full refund. In all cases buyer pays for return shipping costs regardless of condition.
A restocking fee of minimum 25% will be applied to returns received after more than 30 days, provided the product(s) are undamaged and in original box. Unfortunately we cannot accept software returns.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.



SHIPPING

Within USA.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and most addresses in the rest of the world.

UPS Next Day Air and Next Day Air Saver orders received before 11AM MST will usually be shipped out the same day. All other orders and orders received after 11AM MST will be shipped out either same day or within 1 to 2 days. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the aforementioned delivery times, but we will definitely do our best. Products are shipped from our Arizona warehouse.

Calculated shipping costs.
Shipping costs for orders from Nordfield.com depend upon the product's weight and delivery method and location. Shipping rates are automatically calculated from USPS and UPS. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will in any case try to provide the lowest shipping quotes available. You will be able to see how much the shipping cost is before you approve your purchase when you checkout at our website.

International shipping.
International orders are shipped by either UPS or DHL Smartmail. We highly recommend UPS since DHL Smartmail does not offer tracking or insurance.

Risks of loss.
All items purchased from Nordfield.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Notice that DHL Smartmail International does not offer tracking and insurance.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders for Net30 payment terms once a buyer has placed and pre-paid for three (3) orders. To apply, the buyer must contact us by email. The amount due is to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Failure to pay all invoices within this time will result in a 5% compounding monthly late fee. Any buyer that has not paid an outstanding balance with NordField will have its Net30 account suspended and no further Net30 orders will be accepted until the balance is paid in full. We have a $300 minimum order amount for purchase orders.
